ולערב נמי אסורין בכדי שיעשו
ואם אין מאותו המין במחובר בתוך התחום מותרין מחוץ לתחום אסורין
והבא בשביל ישראל זה מחוץ לתחום מותר לישראל אחר

and in the evening {after Yom Tov} it is also forbidden for the amount of time it would take to make.
And if that particular species is not available attached, then if {it was brought} from within the techum it it permitted, but if from outside the techum it is forbidden {since there would be a Yom Tov violation for a Jew to bring it from outside the techum}.

And that which was brought on behalf of one Israelite from outside the techum is permitted for another Israelite.

והא דאמרי' אם יש מאותו המין במחובר אסור לא מיבעיא באכילה דאסור אלא אפילו לטלטלו נמי אסור דמשום דלא חזי לאכילה מוקצה הוא

And this that we say that if from that species is available attached, it is forbidden, one need not state that it is forbidden to eat, but even to move it is also forbidden, for since it is not fit to be eaten, it is muktzeh.

גרסי' בפרק בכל מערבין ההוא בר טבי' דאתאי לבי ריש גלותא דאיתציד ביו"ט ראשון ואישתחיט ביו"ט שני רב נחמן ורב חסדא אכול רב ששת לא אכיל דקסבר קדושה אחת הן וקי"ל כרב נחמן ורב חסדא ורב ששת נמי קא הדר ביה

We learn in perek Bechol me'arvin {Eruvin 39b}: There was a gazelle which came to the house of the Exilarch, was captured {by gentiles} on the first day of Yom Tov and slaughtered on the second day of Yom Tov {of the exile}. Rav Nachman and Rav Chisda ate; Rav Sheshet did not eat - he held that they were of a single sanctity.
And we establish like Rav Nachman and Rav Chisda, and Rav Sheshet also retracted about this.

ואמרי' נמי ההיא ליפתא דאתאי למחוזא חזייה רבא דמיכמשא

And we also say {there}:
A certain {crop of} turnip came to Mechoza. Rava saw that it was withered.
