Mishna:
ועוד א"ר אליעזר עומד אדם על המוקצה ערב שבת בשביעית ואומר מכאן אני אוכל למחר

{Beitza 34a}
And Rabbi Eliezer said further: One may stand next to that which is muktzeh {that is, food that had been left to dry}
{Beitza 34b}
on erev Shabbat during a Sheviit year and say: From here I will take tomorrow.
And the Sages say: Until he marks off and says "from here until here."

Gemara:

{Beitza 34a continues}
ואין גוזזין אותן במספרים
ואין גוזזין את הירק במספורת שלו
אבל מתקנין את הקונדס ואת העכביות
ומסיקין ואופין בפורני
ומחממין חמין באנטיכי

And we may not shear them with scissors, nor may we trim the vegetable with its scissors, but we may prepare kondas and achabiyot {even though their preparation involves a lot of work}.
And we may kindle and bake in a furnace.
And we may hear water in an antichi {in which water is kept for a long time}.
And we may not back in a new furnace as a decree lest it crack. {and the person's exertion on Yom Tov will have been in vain}
The Sages learnt {in a brayta}:
We may not fan {a flame} with a bellows on Yom Tov, but we may fan with a tube.
And we may not fix a spit, nor may we sharpen it.
We may not crack a reed in order to roast a salted fish, but we may crack a nut with a cloth {by putting it in the cloth and banging it} and we do not worry that it will rip.
