Rif Gittin 38a {76a-b}

38a

{Gittin 76a}
Mishna:

IF A MAN SAYS,] THIS IS YOUR GET IF I DO NOT RETURN WITHIN THIRTY DAYS, AND HE WAS ON THE POINT OF GOING FROM JUDEA TO GALILEE, IF HE GOT AS FAR AS ANTIPRAS, AND THEN TURNED BACK, HIS CONDITION IS BROKEN.
[IF HE SAYS,] HERE IS YOUR GET ON CONDITION THAT I DO NOT RETURN WITHIN THIRTY DAYS, AND HE WAS ON THE POINT OF GOING FROM GALILEE TO JUDEA, IF HE GOT AS FAR AS KEFAR 'UTNAI AND THEN TURNED BACK, THE CONDITION IS BROKEN.
[IF HE SAID,] HERE IS YOUR GET ON CONDITION THAT I DO NOT RETURN WITHIN THIRTY DAYS, AND HE WAS ON THE POINT OF GOING INTO FOREIGN PARTS, IF HE GOT AS FAR AS ACCO [ACRE] AND TURNED BACK HIS CONDITION IS BROKEN.
[IF HE SAID,] HERE IS YOUR GET SO SOON AS I SHALL HAVE KEPT AWAY FROM YOUR PRESENCE THIRTY DAYS, EVEN THOUGH HE CAME AND WENT CONSTANTLY, SO LONG AS HE WAS NOT CLOSETED WITH HER, THE GET IS VALID.

{Gittin 76b}
Gemara:
{Going on the part of the Mishna which stated HERE IS YOUR GET SO SOON AS I SHALL KEEP AWAY...}
But he did not "keep away" {for the Mishna says that he came and went}?
Rav Huna said: What is "your presence?" It refers to marital intercourse {and he was never secluded with him}. And what does he call it "your presence?" As an elevated speech.
And Rabbi Yochanan said: In truth, it really means "your presence." Does the Mishna {in stating the halacha} state "this is a valid get and so she is divorced?" {Rather} It states "this is a valid get" {and only states this}. That means that it is not an "old" get {since it was not nullified by seclusion with her}, and when 30 days are finished {thus fulfilling the condition}, it is a get {and then she is divorced}.

There is a brayta in accordance with Rabbi Yochanan: Behold this is your get as soon as I keep away from your presence for 30 days, and even though he came and went constantly, so land as he was not closeted with her, the get is valid, and she should not marry another person until 30 days have passed, and to an "old" get we need not be concerned, for he was not closeted with her.
And let us worry lest he made up with her?
Rabba bar Rav Huna said: This is what my father my teacher {abba mari} said in the name of Rav:
