Rif Gittin 33a

33a

And so is the halacha. And even if he said "say to the scribe to write, and to the witnesses to sign," the get would be nullified.
For we learn {in the Mishna} in the next perek {perek 7, 71b}:
IF THEY SAID TO HIM, SHALL WE WRITE A GET FOR YOUR WIFE, AND HE SAID TO THEM, WRITE, AND IF THEY THEN TOLD A SCRIBE AND HE WROTE AND WITNESSES AND THEY SIGNED, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN AND SIGNED IT AND GIVEN IT TO HIM AND HE IN TURN HAS GIVEN IT TO HER, THE GET IS VOID UNLESS HE HIMSELF HAS SAID TO THE SCRIBE 'WRITE' AND TO THE WITNESSES, 'SIGN'.
And we ask and answer on it in the gemara, and {Gittin 72a} Rav Ashi concludes: It is entirely Rabbi Yossi, and the pattern is one of "and it need not be said." It need not be said that where he did not say "give" {it is not valid}, but even if he said "say to the scribe to write and to the witnesses to sign," it is not.
And there is a brayta in accordance with Rav Ashi: Where the scribe wrote lishmah and the witnesses signed lishmah, even though they wrote it and signed it and gave it to him {the husband}, and he gave it to her, the get is nullified, until they hear his voice say to the scribe "write" and to the witnesses "sign,"
"They hear" -- to exclude from the one who said that Rabbi Yossi admits where he says "say" {to another to do it}.
"His voice" -- to exclude from Rav Kahana. For Rav Kahana cited Rav: A deaf-mute person who is able to communicate through writing, they write and give a get to his wife.

Thus it is clear that the halacha is not like them.
