HIDE/SHOW IMAGE38b

{Yevamot 111a}
Mishna:

A man who married two {female} orphan minors and he dies, and the levir has intercourse with the first one, and then returns and has intercourse with the second one, or if his brother has intercourse with the second one,
{Yevamot 111b}
he does not invalidate the first one.
And so too two {female} deaf-mutes.

{The levir of rivals who were} a {female} minor and a {female} deaf-mute, and he had intercourse with the minor and then returned and had intercourse with the deaf-mute, or his brother had intercourse with the deaf mute, he thereby invalidates the minor.
If the levir had intercourse with the {female} deaf-mute and then returned and had intercourse with the {female} minor or his brother had intercourse with the minor, he invalidates the deaf-mute.

A normal adult woman and a {female} deaf-mute, and the levir had intercourse with the normal woman and then returned and had intercourse with the deaf-mute or his brother had intercourse with the deaf-mute, he does not invalidate the normal woman.
If the levir had intercourse with the deaf-mute and then returns and had intercourse with the normal woman or his brother had intercourse with the normal woman, he invalidates the deaf-mute.

An adult woman and a female minor, and the levir had intercourse with the adult and then returned and had intercourse with the minor or his brother had intercourse with the minor, he does not invalidate the adult.
If the levir had intercourse with the minor and then he returns and had intercourse with the adult, or his brother than had intercourse with the adult, he invalidates the minor.
Rabbi Eliezer says: In all of them, we instruct the {female} minor to refuse him. {and then he is free to perform yibbum on the other}

Gemara:
Rav Yehuda cited Shmuel: The halacha is like Rabbi Eliezer.
And so said Rabbi Eleazar: The halacha is like Rabbi Eliezer.

Mishna:

A minor levir who had intercourse with his minor yevama, they should grow up together.
If he had intercourse with his adult yevama, she should bring him up.

The yevama who said within 30 days {after levirate marriage} "I have not had intercourse," they force him to perform chalitza.
After 30 days, they request of him that he perform chalitza.
And when he admits {that it is so}, even after 12 months they force him to perform chalitza.

If she vows off benefit from her brother-in-law during the lifetime of her husband, they force him to perform chalitza.
{If she so vowed} After the death of her husband, they request of him that he perform chalitza.
And if she intended this {so as to spark chalitza}, even {if she vowed} within her husband's lifetime, they {merely} request of him that he perform chalitza with her.

{Yevamot 112a}
Gemara:
And before we force him to perform chalitza, let us force him to perform yibbum!
Rav said: This is where her get comes out from under her hand {given to her by her levir -- and until now it was under the presumption that he had intercourse with her and then gave her a get, such that she is free without chalitza, but now that she never had intercourse with him, this get is not enough}, for since he gave her the get before any intercourse, he invalidates her in terms of himself.

They learnt {in a brayta}: A yevama who says within 30 days "I did not have intercourse," whether he {the levir} says "I did have intercourse" or whether he says "I did not have intercourse," they force him to perform chalitza with her. After 30 days, they request of him that he perform chalitza with her. She says "I did have intercourse" and he says "I did not have intercourse," she goes out with a get. He says "I did have intercourse" and she says
"I did not have intercourse," even though her retracts and says "I did not have intercourse," she requires a get and chalitza.
