Rif Yevamot 31a {Yevamot 96a-b}

31a

{Yevamot 96a}
Mishna:

If they said to him "your wife died" and he married her paternal sister, and then {he was told that} she {the paternal sister} died and he married her {=the second wife's} maternal sister {who is entirely unrelated to the first wife}, and {he was told that} she died and he married her paternal sister, and {he was told that} she died and he married her maternal sister {and in fact none of them died} -- he is permitted to the first one, the third one and fifth one, and they exempt their rivals {if the yavam performs yibbum on them, for they were truly married}.

And he is forbidden in the second {wife} and the fourth, and intercourse with none of them exempts her rival; and if he had intercourse with the second one after the death of the first one, he is permitted to the second one and the fourth one and she exempts her rival, and he is forbidden in the third and the fifth, and intercourse with either one of them does not exempt her rival.

A boy aged nine years and a day -- he invalidates {his sister-in-law} for his brothers, and his brothers invalidate {her} for him, except that he invalidates first while the brothers invalidate both first and last.
How so?
A boy aged nine years and a day who had intercourse with his yevama, he invalidates {her for marriage} for his brothers. If the brothers had intercourse with her, or performed maamar {Rabbinic betrothal for a yevama} on her, or gave her a get, or performed chalitza, they invalidate {her} for him.

Gemara:
And in the end, does he not invalidate? But Rav Zevid bar Oshaya taught: If one performs maamar {Rabbinic betrothal for a yevama} on his yevama, and afterwards his brother, who is nine years and a day old, has intercourse with her, he invalidates her.
They say: Intercourse invalidates, even at the end, while maamar invalidates in the beginning but in the end it does not invalidate.

We learn in Nidda, in perek Yotzei Dofen:
A boy aged nine years and a day who had intercourse with his yevama acquires her and does not give a get until he matures.
And we ask: And when he matures, will a get suffice for him? But they learnt {in a brayta}: They made the intercourse of on who is nine years and day equal to maamar of an adult -- just as maamar from an adult necessitates a get for his maamar and chalitza for his levirate bond, so too the intercourse of one aged nine years and a day requires a get for his intercourse and chalitza for his levirate bond.
And we resolve it -- until he matures and has intercourse, and then gives a get.

{Yevamot 96b}
Mishna:
A boy nine years and a day who had intercourse with his yevama and then died, she undergoes chalitza but not yibbum. If he married a woman and then died, she is exempt {even from chalitza}.

Gemara:
We have learnt this, for the Sages learnt {in a brayta}: An imbecile and a minor who married women and then died, their wives are exempt from chalitza and from yibbum.
