{Kiddushin 42b}

כדרבא דאמר רבא כל דבר שבמדה ושבמשקל ושבמנין אפילו פחות מכדי אונאה חוזר
מהא שמעינן דאין לקרקעות לא אונאה ולא ביטול מקח

Like Rava. For Rava said: Any matter in measurement, weight, or counting, even less than the amount of overcharging, he returns.
From here we learn that there is not to real estate either onaah {overcharging} nor cancellation of sale.

{Kiddushin 43a}

איתמר רב אמר אין שליח נעשה עד
דבי ר' שילא אמרי שליח נעשה עד
והלכתא שליח נעשה עד

It was stated {by Amoraim}:
Rav said an agent cannot become a witness.
In the academy of R' Shela they said an agent can become a witness.
And the halacha is that an agent can become a witness.

חד בר נש אפקיד גרבוי גבי חבריה וכפר ביה
אתא עובדא קומי רבי ירמיה ועשה שליח עד וחייבו שבועה על ידי הכתף

Yerushalmi {Yerushalmi Kiddushin 23b}:
A certain person entrusted a cask {of wine} by his friend, and he {the friend} denied it. The case came before Rabbi Yirmiyah and he made the agent a witness, and obligated him {the denier} an oath on the basis of the shoulder {of the agent who conveyed the cask}.

{Kiddushin 43a resumes}

אמר רבא אמר רב נחמן אמר לשנים צאו וקדשו לי את האשה הן הן שלוחיו הן הן עדיו וכן בגירושין
וכן בדיני ממונות כגון שאמר לשנים תנו מנה זה לפלוני שאני חייב לו הם אומרים נתננו והוא אומר לא נטלתי מגו דיכלי למימר אהדרינהו ללוה יכלי למימר פרענוהו למלוה
והני מילי מקמי דליתקון רבנן שבועת היסת
אבל השתא דאתקון רבנן שבועת היסת כיון דאי בעו למימר אהדרינהו ללוה

Rava cited Rav Nachman: If one said to two {people} go and betroth for me the woman, then they are his agents and the same people are his witnesses.
And so too by divorce.
And so too by monetary matters. Such as one said to two {people}, "give a maneh to Ploni which I owe him." They say "we gave it" and he says "I did not take it." Since they are able to say "we returned it to the borrower," they are able to say "we paid it to the lender."
And these words are before the Sages instituted a shevuat heset {where the plaintiff is the one who takes the oath}. But now that the Sages instituted the shvuat heset, since if they wanted to say "we returned it to the borrower,"
