Mishna:

מגילה נקראת באחד עשר בשנים עשר בשלשה עשר בארבעה עשר בחמשה עשר לא פחות ולא יותר
כרכים המוקפין חומה מימות יהושע בן נון קורין בחמשה עשר
כפרים ועיירות גדולות קורין בארבעה עשר
אלא שהכפרים מקדימין ליום הכניסה

The megillah is read on the 11th {of Adar}, on the 12th, on the 13th, on the 14th, on the 15th, no more and no less.
Cities which were surrounded by walls from the time of Yehoshua bin Nun read on the 15th.
Villages and large {unwalled} cities read on the 14th, except that the villages are moved up earlier to the time of assembly {at the nearby large city, so that they can hear the reading}.

How so?
{Note: the days of assembly are Monday and Thursday}
If it {the 14th} fell on a Monday, villages and large cities read on that day, and walled cities the next day {Tuesday, the 15th}.
It it fell on a Tuesday or a Wednesday, villages hear earlier at the day of assembly {that is, Monday, which is the 13th or the 12th, respectively}, and the large cities read on that day {the 14th}, and walled cities the next day {the 15th}.
If it fell on a Thursday {then it is the same as a Monday}, villages and large cities read on that day, and walled cities the next day {Friday, the 15th}.
If it fell on a Friday, the villages hear earlier at the day of assembly {that is, Thursday, the 13th}, and large cities and walled cities on that day {walled cities not reading on the next day since they will not read on Shabbat}.
If it fell on Shabbat, villages and large cities hear earlier at the day of assembly {Thursday, the 12th} and walled cities the next day {that is, Sunday the 15th}.
If it fell on a Sunday, villages hear earlier on the day of assembly {Thursday the 11th}, large cities on that day {the 14th}, and walled cities the next day {the 15th}.
