Rif Kiddushin 29a {66a}

29a

{Kiddushin 66a}

But for someone coming to fulfill the hands {/dictates} of heaven, if he believes him like a set of two {witnesses}, he is obligated to divorce her, and to give her a ketuba.

We learn in the first perek of Ketubot:
A woman is not forbidden upon her husband via one witness, but only by two witnesses. And {establishing} jealousy and seclusion, even with a single witness as well.
We learn over there, in Nedarim {90b}:
AT FIRST IT WAS RULED THAT THREE WOMEN MUST BE DIVORCED AND RECEIVE THEIR KETUBA: SHE WHO DECLARES: I AM DEFILED TO YOU'; OR 'HEAVEN IS BETWEEN YOU AND ME'; AND 'MAY I BE REMOVED FROM JEWS.'
