Mishna:

המקדש בערלה ובכלאי הכרם ובשור הנסקל ובעגלה ערופה ובצפורי מצורע ובשער נזיר ובפטר חמור ובבשר בחלב ובחולין שנשחטו בעזרה אינה מקודשת
מכרן וקדש בדמיהן הרי זו מקודשת

If one betrothed with orla, with forbidden mixtures of the vineyard, with a stoned bull, the heifer whose neck is broken, with the birds of the leper, with the hair of a nazir, with the firstborn of a donkey, with milk and meat {cooked together}, or with an unconsecrated which was slaughtered in the {Temple} courtyard, she is not betrothed.
If he sold them and betrothed with the money {he received}, behold she is betrothed.

מכרן וקידש בדמיהן מקודשת
מנלן מדגלי רחמנא בעבודת כוכבים והיית חרם כמוהו
כל מה שאתה מהווה אחריו הרי הוא כמוהו
מכלל דכל איסורין שבתורה שרו
וניליף מינה משום דהוו עבודת כוכבים ושביעית שני כתובין הבאין כאחד וכל שני כתובין הבאין כאחד אין מלמדין
עבודת כוכבים הא דאמרן
שביעית מאי היא
דתניא כי יובל היא קדש תהיה לכם מה קדש תופס את דמיה אף שביעית תופסת את דמיה:

"If he sold them and betrothed with the money {he received}, behold she is betrothed":
From where do we know? From the fact that the All-Merciful revealed regarding idolatry {Devarim 7:26}

כו וְלֹא-תָבִיא תוֹעֵבָה אֶל-בֵּיתֶךָ, וְהָיִיתָ חֵרֶם כָּמֹהוּ; שַׁקֵּץ תְּשַׁקְּצֶנּוּ וְתַעֵב תְּתַעֲבֶנּוּ, כִּי-חֵרֶם הוּא. {פ}

26 And thou shalt not bring an abomination into thy house, and be accursed like unto it; thou shalt utterly detest it, and thou shalt utterly abhor it; for it is a devoted thing. {P}

Anything that you cause to be after it, behold it is like it. We thus derive that all the {other} prohibitions in the Torah are permitted. And we learn this from it, because idolatry and shemitta are two verses which come as one {to teach the same thing}, and any two verses which come as one, we do not learn {and extend to other cases}.
Idolatry is that which we have stated. Shemitta, what is it? For they learn {in a brayta}: {Vayikra 25:12}

יב כִּי יוֹבֵל הִוא, קֹדֶשׁ תִּהְיֶה לָכֶם; מִן-הַשָּׂדֶה--תֹּאכְלוּ, אֶת-תְּבוּאָתָהּ.

12 For it is a jubilee; it shall be holy unto you; ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

Just as kodesh {consecrated items} seizes its money, so does {fruits of} shemitta seize its money.
